FAQs

Sports Injury Rehabilitation questions

Answers to the questions patients ask most about this condition and its treatment.

How soon can I return to sport after an injury?

It depends on the tissue injured and the demands of your sport. Rather than rushing a date, we use objective return-to-play criteria — strength, control and confidence benchmarks — so you go back when your body is genuinely ready, reducing the risk of re-injury.

Do I need to stop training completely while I heal?

Rarely. Complete rest can slow recovery and lose fitness. We usually keep you training around the injury — modifying load and exercises — so you maintain conditioning while the injured tissue recovers.

Can physiotherapy prevent future sports injuries?

Yes. A large part of sports rehab is prevention. By correcting strength imbalances, improving movement control and managing training load, we reduce the likelihood of the injury recurring and help you perform better.

What sports injuries do you treat?

We treat the full range — ankle and knee sprains, hamstring and calf strains, shoulder and rotator-cuff problems, tennis and golfer's elbow, and overuse injuries from running, gym and field sports common among Jaipur's active community.
