1. No physical goods
MyPhysioPoint is a healthcare service, not an e-commerce store. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how our services are delivered after you book and pay.
2. In-clinic physiotherapy
In-clinic appointments and treatment sessions are delivered in person at our clinic in Jaipur, Rajasthan, at the date and time you select during booking. Your booking is confirmed immediately on screen and via SMS, WhatsApp or email.
3. Online video consultations
Online consultations are delivered digitally over a secure video link. The join link is shared to your registered email and patient portal ahead of the scheduled time. There is no shipping involved — access is instant once the appointment is confirmed.
4. Documents & receipts
Prescriptions, treatment summaries, care plans and payment receipts are delivered electronically — available to download from your patient portal and, where applicable, sent to your email. No items are physically posted.
5. Service confirmation timeline
- Booking confirmation: immediately after successful payment.
- Appointment reminders: typically the day before your appointment.
- Online consult link: shared before the scheduled start time.
