Lower Back Pain
MyPhysioPoint, a physiotherapy clinic in Jaipur led by Dr. Sunil Tank, treats lower back pain — one of the most common reasons people seek physiotherapy. Whether it is a sudden muscle spasm or long-standing chronic ache, we identify the cause and use exercise, manual therapy and posture correction to relieve pain and build a stronger, more resilient back.

FAQs
Lower Back Pain questions
Answers to the questions patients ask most about this condition and its treatment.
Is most lower back pain serious?
Usually not. The large majority of low back pain is non-specific and mechanical, meaning it is not caused by a serious disease and responds well to physiotherapy and staying active. We screen carefully for the rare warning signs so you can be reassured.
Should I avoid bending and lifting if my back hurts?
Avoiding movement entirely tends to make backs stiffer and weaker. Instead we teach you how to bend and lift confidently, gradually load the back, and build strength so everyday tasks stop being a threat.
Will exercise make my back pain worse?
The right exercise, dosed correctly, almost always helps rather than harms. Some mild discomfort while building strength is normal and safe. We monitor your response and adjust so you progress without flare-ups.
When should I see a physiotherapist for back pain?
If your pain lasts more than a couple of weeks, keeps returning, or limits your daily life, an assessment is worthwhile. Early guided care often prevents acute pain from becoming a chronic problem.
