What is included in an online consultation?
20-minute consultation only. Further treatment and exercise programmes are charged separately. Your applicable fee is shown during booking, before payment. Your appointment is a one-to-one video call with Dr. Sunil Tank (PT). The consultation fee does not include a personalised treatment plan, home exercise plan, guided exercise videos, treatment sessions or ongoing follow-ups. These are separate paid services.
Will I receive a treatment plan or home exercise videos with this booking?
No. This booking is for the video consultation only. The consultation fee does not include a personalised treatment plan, home exercise plan, guided exercise videos, treatment sessions or ongoing follow-ups. These are separate paid services. If further care is recommended, ask for its scope and price before deciding to proceed.
Do I have to buy a treatment programme after the consultation?
Booking a consultation does not enrol you in a treatment programme. Any further treatment is a separate decision. Ask the team what the recommended service includes and what it costs before purchasing it.
